GRACE THEK

PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Grace graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Doctor of Physiotherapy, following her undergraduate studies where she completed a Bachelor of Science. Grace has experience working with amateur AFL players, as well as State-level junior soccer players. As an athlete herself, she has a strong interest in sporting injuries, particularly running-related.

Grace loves working with people from all walks of life, from elite athletes to weekend warriors and everyone in between. She adopts an evidence-based approach to her assessment and treatment. She uses a combination of hands-on therapy, pilates & exercise prescription, and other treatment tools to help her clients return to what they love doing, whether it be on the sporting fields or in the garden!

Grace has recently commenced a career as a professional triathlete. Outside of work, she spends most of her time training for triathlons. She also enjoys baking, playing with her two dogs, and hunting for the best donuts in Melbourne!


KELLY LAING

PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Kelly is a McKenzie Credentialed Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor, with over 13 years' experience. Kelly has a particular interest in the treatment of neck and low back pain and places a strong emphasis on self-management exercises and posture correction in her treatment. Kelly also takes a number of exercise and Pilates classes to assist her clients in the prevention of injury recurrences.

ADRIANNA CANN

PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Adrianna has worked in private practice since graduating from La Trobe University in 2010, and completed her post-graduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy in 2018. She has a special interest in sporting injuries, in particular basketball and netball. She enjoys using Pilates for the rehabilitation of sporting injuries as well as for correcting biomechanical problems, and helping to improve mobility and strength in all age groups.

Adrianna is the current physiotherapist for the Australian Women's Ice Hockey team. She completed pre and post season screening for the Western Jets TAC Cup Squad and provided prehabilitative and rehabilitative exercise programs for these players.

Away from work, Adrianna continues to fulfill her love for basketball playing with the Waverly Falcons Big V State Championship team.


MELANIE FOX

PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Mel has 9 years clinical experience in Physiotherapy. She has previously worked at LifeCare Croydon Sports Medicine and now specialises in exercise rehabilitation and fitness. She is currently studying her Postgraduate Masters in Yoga. Her experience extends to the Commonwealth Games, National League Netball and working with various football and soccer teams.

Melanie is currently on maternity leave

 
 
 

BONNIE KERR

PHYSIOTHERAPIST AND PILATES INSTRUCTOR

Bonnie completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University. She has spent time working with local AFL and Athletics teams.

Bonnie is a qualified Clinical Pilates instructor having completed Level 1 DMA Clinical Pilates. She has also completed additional training to practice dry needling.  Bonnie is actively involved with the Australian Physiotherapy Association being a representative on the Victorian Branch Council 2016/17. This role includes organising professional development for other physiotherapists.

Bonnie plays in both an amateur AFL and touch football team and is a member of Wesley gymnastics club. She is an enthusiastic skier/snowboarder and well as enjoys running and swimming.

Bonnie grew up in regional NSW before relocating to Melbourne to further her physiotherapy career. She has travelled extensively throughout the last few years including coordinating a physiotherapy volunteer program in Nepal and Cambodia.

Kara GianNone

Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor

Kara graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Kara has a keen interest in sports physiotherapy having worked with University Blues Football Club in the Premier VAFA league for over five years. Due to her personal running background, she also enjoys working closely with runners ensuring they stay injury free and doing what they love - running! Kara has also assisted in research work within LaTrobe Universty 's Sports and Exercise Medicine Research Centre. 

Kara is a qualified DMA Pilates Instructor and has also completed further training in Dry Needling and Sports Physiotherapy. She is also actively involved in the Australian Physiotherapy Assosciation having been a member of the Victorian Committee 2016/2017. 

Kara is a keen athlete enjoying running, netball, tennis, AFL and water sports. She has also been fortunate to have traveled overseas extensively, most notably coordinating physiotherapy volunteer programs in Nepal and Cambodia.
